The materials that print is made on can be polyester, opp, pvc and
carton.
The printing technology in our structure is Tiefdruck (rotogravure) and
it can provide a printing possibility until 7 colors. The print that shall
be made can be a mirror print or can be a print on the front surface. The
film or the paper whose print is made can be increased to 2-3 even 4 or
5 layers by laminating with other film or aluminum. The main target of
this lamination process is to increase the strength of the product and
to increase the period of protection of fresh product that shall be put
inside it.
The widths of our print machinery are 53 and 88 cm and the width
of our lamination machine is 140 cm. there is lamination possibilities
with solvent
and without solvent in our structure. Our main customers are: pulse, macaroni,
spice, pudding, soup, powder drinks, dried fruit, water and coffee producers. If required the products that have been printed can be given
as standing bags (doypack) by the help of our bag making
machines.
Baskı yapılan materyeller, Polyster, Opp, Pvc gibi esnek malzemeler olabildiği
gibi kağıt ve kartonada baskı yapılabilmektedir.
Bünyemizdeki baskı teknolojisi Tiefdruck (rotogravür) olup yedi renge kadar baskı
imkanı sağlamaktadır. Yapılacak baskı ters oldugu gibi ön yüzede yapılabilir.
Baskısı yapılan film veya kağıt istenilen başka bir filmle veya aluminyumla lamine
edilerek 2-3 hatta 4 veya 5 kata kadar çıkartılabilir. Bu laminasyon işleminin
ana amacı ürünün mukavemetini arttırmak ve içine konulacak ürünün tazeliğini
koruma süresini arttırmaktır.
Baskı makinalarımızın enleri 53 ve 88 cm olup laminasyon makinamızın eni 1.40
cm dir. Bünyemizde hem solventli hemde solventsiz laminasyon imkanları mevcuttur.
Başlıca müşterilerimiz: Bakliyat, makarna, baharat, pudding, corba, toz içecek,
çerez, su ve kahve üreticileridir. İstenilmesi halinde poşet makinalarımız sayesinde
basilan ürünler ayakta duran poşet ( Doypack ) haline getirilip de verilebilmektedir.
